The team at the entrance, especially Mousa, were joyful and always remembered me. Check-in happened smoothly even late at night. I got upgraded to a bigger room. The view of the lake had lots of green, which I always enjoy seeing.

I had an great time. the team was very cute. it was newly renovated with minor details to complete. i appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. They were accommodating.
the porters were a bit too eager and grabbed our bags despite our request for no assistance, a little forceful!
